7. In most cases(some contracts are an exception),the original document and this routing slip N/A
should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is uploaded to the
agenda. Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a
certain time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!
8. The document was approved by the BCC on 2/8/22 and all changes made during the JAK
meeting have been incorporated in the attached document. The County Attorney
Office has reviewed the changes,if applicable. _

RESOLUTION NO. 2022 - 27
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING LIZZETTE HOMAR-
RAMOS AND REAPPOINTING KAYDEE TUFF TO THE GOLDEN
GATE COMMUNITY CENTER ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREAS, on February 18, 1975,the Board of County Commissioners (Board) adopted
Ordinance No. 75-04, as subsequently amended, establishing the Golden Gate Community
Center Advisory Board to advise the Board on the budget and operation of the Golden Gate
Community Center; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 75-04, as amended, provides that the Advisory Board shall
be composed of three to five electors residing within the Golden Gate Municipal Services
District; and
WHEREAS, there are two seats which expired on December 31, 2021 on this Advisory
Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Golden Gate Community Center Advisory Board has provided the
Board of County Commissioners with its recommendation for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that LIZZETTE HOMAR-RAMOS
is hereby appointed, and KAYDEE TUFF is hereby reappointed, to the Golden Gate Community
Center Advisory Board,to serve three-year terms which shall expire on December 31, 2024.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED upon majority vote on the 8th day of February, 2022.
