3. Original document has been signed/initialed for legal sufficiency. (All documents to be LM
signed by the Chairman,with the exception of most letters, must be reviewed and signed
by the Office of the County Attorney.
4. All handwritten strike-through and revisions have been initialed by the County Attorney's N/A
Office and all other parties except the BCC Chairman and the Clerk to the Board
5. The Chairman's signature line date has been entered as the date of BCC approval of the LM
document or the final negotiated contract date whichever is applicable.
6. "Sign here"tabs are placed on the appropriate pages indicating where the Chairman's LM
signature and initials are required.
7. In most cases(some contracts are an exception),the original document and this routing slip LM
should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is input into SIRE.
Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain
time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!
8. The document was approved by the BCC on 01-25-2022 and all changes made
during the meeting have been incorporated in the attached document. The County „
Attorney's Office has reviewed the changes, if applicable.
9. Initials of attorney verifying that the attached document is the version approved by the

RESOLUTION NO. 22- 11
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA AUTHORIZING FINAL
ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN ROADWAY AND
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN ISLES OF
COLLIER PRESERVE PHASE 7 ACCORDING
TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT
BOOK 60, PAGES 49 THROUGH 66, AND
RELEASE OF THE MAINTENANCE SECURITY.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, on
November 10, 2015, approved the plat of Isles of Collier Preserve Phase 7 for recording;
and
WHEREAS, the Developer has constructed and maintained the roadway and
drainage improvements in accordance with the approved plans and specifications as
required by the Land Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 04-41, as
amended); and
WHEREAS, the Developer is requesting final acceptance of the roadway and
drainage improvements and release of the maintenance security; and
WHEREAS, the Development Review Division has inspected the roadway and
drainage improvements, and is recommending acceptance of said facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that final acceptance is
hereby granted for those roadway and drainage improvements in Isles of Collier Preserve
Phase 7, pursuant to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 60, pages 49 through 66, and
the Clerk is hereby authorized to release the maintenance security.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the roadway and drainage
improvements within Isles of Collier Preserve Phase 7 will be maintained privately in the
future and will not be the responsibility of Collier County.
