In this case, we hired a general contractor that didn't pull the proper permit which caused us to start the process from the beginning. Given the unprecendented times and volatile construction enviornment with labor and material shortages, it took much longer than anticipated. We have worked diligently to get this project done as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, our on-site team and residents were the ones most affected by these delays. In light of the circumstances noted above, we are requesting that you waive all fines for the clubhouse renovation at Waverley Place Apartments. We appreciate your consideration of our request. Thank you for your direction, help, patience and support as we worked together to get this across the finish line. Regards, Micah S.
