Amendment 2
of the
Subaward Agreement
Between the
Collier County Board of County Commissioners (CCBCC)
and the
Institute for Intergovernmental Research (IIR)
in the
Building Bridges Between Jails and Community-Based Treatment
for Opioid Use Disorder Demonstration Project
This Subaward Agreement (Agreement) for the period of March 1, 2020, through
February 28, 2021, and subsequently extended through August 31, 2021, by and between the
Institute for Intergovernmental Research (IIR) and the Collier County Board of County
Commissioners (CCBCC), is hereby extended until December 31, 2022. Funds have been
allocated to IIR under Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) Number 16.838
(Comprehensive Opioid Abuse Site-Based Program) by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ),
Office of Justice Programs (OJP), in federal Grant Award Number 2017-AR-BX-K003,
Comprehensive Opioid Abuse Program (COAP) Training and Technical Assistance Program
(dated September 30, 2019), for the Building Bridges Between Jails and Community-Based
Treatment for Opioid Use Disorder Demonstration Project. The following additional terms and
conditions govern this Agreement:
a. This Agreement is extended for an additional 16 months to December 31, 2022.
b. CCBCC agrees to provide the services mutually agreed upon and identified in
the Statement of Work attached to the original Agreement.
c. IIR agrees to pay CCBCC on a reimbursement basis for actual costs incurred to
provide these services, for an additional amount not to exceed $17,045. The
total amount of the Agreement for the 34-month period March 1, 2020, through
December 31, 2022, is not to exceed $110,795.
d. All other terms, covenants, conditions, and provisions of the Agreement shall
remain in force.
