5. The Chairman's signature line date has been entered as the date of BCC approval of the LM
document or the final negotiated contract date whichever is applicable.
6. "Sign here"tabs are placed on the appropriate pages indicating where the Chairman's LM
signature and initials are required.
7. In most cases(some contracts are an exception),the original document and this routing slip LM
should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is input into SIRE.
Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain
time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!
8. The document was approved by the BCC on 10-12-2021 and all changes made
during the meeting have been incorporated in the attached document. The County
Attorney's Office has reviewed the changes, if applicable.
9. Initials of attorney verifying that the attached document is the version approved by the
BCC, all changes directed by the BCC have been made,and the document is ready for the
Chairman's signature.

RESOLUTION NO. 21- 209
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA ACCEPTING COUNTY MAINTENANCE
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ALL SIDEWALK
EASEMENTS (SW.E.) AND AUTHORIZING FINAL
ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN ROADWAY AND
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN PALAZZO AT
NAPLES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 35
THROUGH 39, AND RELEASE OF THE
MAINTENANCE SECURITY.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, on
July 8, 2014, approved the plat of Palazzo at Naples for recording; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has constructed and maintained the roadway and
drainage improvements in accordance with the approved plans and specifications as
required by the Land Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 04-41, as
amended); and
WHEREAS, all sidewalk easements (SW.E.), Palazzo at Naples, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 57, Pages 35-39, in the public records of Collier
County, Florida, were dedicated to the County with responsibility for maintenance in plat
dedication paragraph A.2; and
WHEREAS, the County seeks to formally accept maintenance responsibilities for
all sidewalk easements (SW.E.), Palazzo at Naples, according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 57, Pages 35-39, in the public records of Collier County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the Developer is requesting final acceptance of the roadway and
drainage improvements and release of the maintenance security; and
WHEREAS, the Development Review Division has inspected the roadway and
drainage improvements, and is recommending acceptance of said facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that final acceptance is
hereby granted for those roadway and drainage improvements in Palazzo at Naples,
pursuant to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 57, pages 35 through 39, and the Clerk
is hereby authorized to release the maintenance security.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the roadway and drainage
improvements within Palazzo at Naples, except all the sidewalk easements (SW.E), will
be maintained privately in the future and will not be the responsibility of Collier County.
Collier County will maintain all sidewalk easements (SW.E.), which were dedicated on
the plat to the County for maintenance purposes.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote favoring same,
