TERMINATION OF EASEMENT
WHEREAS, the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF COLLIER COUNTY, AND AS THE EX-OFFICIO
GOVERNING BOARD OF THE COLLIER COUNTY WATER-SEWER DISTRICT, ("Easement
Holder") is the owner of record of that certain Utility Facility Warranty Deed, ("Easement") dated
September 11, 1987, and recorded on September 23, 1987 in Official Records Book 1297,
Page 1165, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
WHEREAS, JDA COURTHOUSE SHADOWS, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability .
company, ("Grantor") is the owner of record of the property described in the Easement as
Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" as attached:
WHEREAS, the Grantor acquired the Easements which had previously been granted to
Easement Holder for purposes of conveyance of utility facilities;
WHEREAS, the Grantor wishes to terminate the Easement described in Exhibit "A" at
this time; and
WHEREAS, the Grantor wishes to terminate the Easement described in Exhibit "B" and
upon the recordation of the new gravity sewer easement, the Easement described in Exhibit "B"
shall automatically be terminated.
WHEREAS, the Easement Holder and Grantor are agreeable to terminating the
Easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Easement Holder does hereby
relinquish, abandon, and terminate its interest in the Easement and releases the Easement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Easement Holder has caused these presents to be
executed the date and year first above written.

This Bill of Sale is executed this o2i5 day of SeQp'Utf" , 2021, on behalf
of the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISISIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS THE
GOVERNING BODY OF COLLIER COUNTY AND AS EX-OFFICIO THE GOVERNING
BOARD OF THE COLLIER COUNTY WATER-SEWER DISTRICT, ("Grantor") to JDA
COURTHOUSE SHADOWS, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company, its
successors and assigns, ("GRANTEE").
GRANTOR, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration from GRANTEE to GRANTOR, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, GRANTOR herby CONVEYS to GRANTEE, its successors and assigns
forever, ownership in and to any and all pipe, fittings, and any other infrastructure or
improvements appurtenant thereto or thereunder, associated therewith and/or connected
thereto, for GRANTEE'S operation, replacement, repairs, maintenance, and/or relocation, lying
and being in Collier County, Florida, as follows:
(Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" attached hereto is a sketch or other graphic representation
that depicts the physical location of items being conveyed by this Bill of Sale.)
At this time, only the easement described in Exhibit "A" is being vacated, but upon the
recordation of the new gravity sewer, the easement described in Exhibit "B" shall automatically
be terminated.
GRANTOR shall be liable for continuing sewer service to all existing customers currently
being served until the new gravity sewer is accepted and placed in service.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused this Bill of Sale to be executed the date
and year first above written as authorized by the Board of County Commissioners as the
governing body of Collier County and as ex-officio the governing board of the Collier County
Water-Sewer District.
