l. Call to order: Jeff called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m.
2. Approval of current agenda: Jeff asked if anyone had any questions or revisions. Carol said
that regarding item 8, Carol's resignation, she wanted to retract her decision to vacate her
position on the committee. Jeff asked for a motion to approve the agenda, Jessica made a
motion to approve the agenda with the removal item 8, carol seconded the motion, Jeff
called for the vote, all were in favor.
Approval of the Minutes for the November 16, 2020, meeting: Jeff asked if there were any
questions or concems with the Minutes from November 16, 2020, there were none. Jeff
asked for a motion to approve the Minutes as submitted. Jeff made a motion to approve the
Minutes as presented, Jessica seconded the motion, Jeffcalled for the vote. all were in favor.
4. Approval ofTreasurer's Report - Not available
5. Property Sale Appraisal Approval for Transportation:
Parcel ID 36915200008
All of Tract 81, Unit 7 - 9.12 acres
Property Appraiser's Value: $3 16,500
Appraiser's Value: $292,000 + 200% counteroffer = $350,400: Jeff asked if there were any
questions regarding the new offer, there were none. Jeff asked that Michael discuss the
values with Transportation since the appraisals were from 2020 as that the market had been
volatile since. Jeff suggested that the Committee not accept anl.thing less than the
counteroffer plus the 20%, making that $350,400. Jeff for called for a motion, Jessica made a
motion to approve the counteroffer to not be less than $350,400, Carol seconded the motion,
Jeffcalled the vote, all were in favor.

6. Property Sale Appraisal Approval for Transportation:

Property Appraiser's Value: $ I 18,750
Appraiser's Value: $180,000 + 2070 counteroffer = $216,000: Jeff restated what he suggested
for the previous motion and that the Committee not accept anlthing less than the counteroffer
plus 20o/o, making that $216,000. Jeff for called for a motion, Jessica made a motion to
approve the counteroffer to not be less than $216,000, Carol seconded the motion, Jeff called
the vote, all were in favor.
7. Property Sale Appraisal for Roadrunner Properties, LLC
Parcel ID 41714000009
The West 105 of the West 180 Feet of Tract 48, 1.59 acres
Property Appraiser's Value: $23,532
In-house Appraiser's Value: $43,340: Jeffasked ifthere were any questions regarding the
appraised value, there were none. Jeff asked for a motion to approve the appraisal, Jeffmade
a motion to approve the appraisal, Jessica seconded the motion, Jeffcalled for the vote and
all were in favor.
