UTILITY EASEMENT
THIS EASEMENT, made and entered into this , day of ' , 2021, by
COLLIER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose Hailing address is
3335 East Tamiami Trail, Suite 101, Naples, Florida 34112, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor",
to the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS THE
GOVERNING BODY OF COLLIER COUNTY AND AS EX-OFFICIO THE GOVERNING
BOARD OF THE COLLIER COUNTY WATER-SEWER DISTRICT, whose mailing address is
3335 East Tamiami Trail, Suite 101, Naples, Florida 34112, its successors and assigns,
hereinafter referred to as "Grantee".
WITNESSETH:
Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration
paid by the Grantee, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
conveys, grants, bargains and sells unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, a perpetual,
non-exclusive easement, license, and privilege for utility purposes, on the following described
lands located in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
See attached Exhibit "A" which is
incorporated herein by reference.
Subject to easements, restrictions, and reservations of record.
THIS IS NOT HOMESTEAD PROPERTY.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee together with the right to enter
upon said land, excavate, and place or remove materials for the purpose of constructing,
operating, and maintaining utility facilities thereon. Grantor and Grantee are used for singular or
plural, as the context requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be executed the
date and year first above written.

Plat Book 3 at Page 90 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida being more particularly described as
follows.
Beginning at the Southwest corner of lot 489 of Palm River Estates, Unit 1, as recorded in Plot Book 3 at
Page 90 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; thence South 89'58'48" East, along the south line
of said lot 489 and its easterly extension, for a distance of 124.61 feet to its intersection with the
southwesterly edge of pavement of Piper Boulevard; thence along said southwesterly edge of pavement and a
non-tangential curve to the left with an arc length of 32.39 feet, a radius of 25.00 feet, a chord bearing
of South 29'58'18" East, and a chord length of 30.17 feet to a point of cusp; thence South 00'01'12" West,
for a distance of 33.87 feet to its intersection with the southerly right of way line of said Piper Boulevard;
thence North 89'58'48" West, along the southerly right of way line of said Piper Boulevard, for a distance of
139.70 feet the southwesterly corner of the said Piper Boulevard right of way; thence North 0001'12" East,
along the westerly right of way line of said Piper Boulevard, for a distance of 60,00 feet to the Point of
Beginning;
