The violations have not been abated as of the date of this hearing. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Based upon the foregoing facts,the Board makes the following Conclusions of Law: 1. All notices were properly and timely issued, and the Board has jurisdiction pursuant to Chapter 162,Florida Statutes,and Chapter 2,Article IX,Code of Laws and Ordinances of Collier County,Florida. 2. The preponderance of the evidence shows that violations of Collier County Land Development Code, Ord. No.04-41,as amended,Sections 1.04.01(A)and 2.02.03,do exist,and that Respondent committed,and was responsible for maintaining or allowing the violations to continue as of the date of this hearing. ORDER Based upon the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law,and pursuant to the authority granted in Chapter 162,Florida Statutes,and Chapter 2,Article IX,Code of Laws and Ordinances of Collier County,Florida, it is hereby ORDERED that: Page 1 of 2 A.
