This approval is conditioned upon the following stipulations requested by the Collier County
Planning Commission in their public hearing on February 4, 1999.
The Current Planning Manager, may approve m~nor changes in the location,
si!.!.ng, or height of buildings,, structures, and improvements authorized by the.
conditional use. Expansion of the : uses i identified and appr~eved.within this
conditional use application, or major changes to the s~te plan submitted aS part of
this application, shall require the submittal of a new cond~konal use appllcakon,
and shall comply with all applicable County ordinances in effect at th~lime of
submittal, including Division 3.3, Site Development Plan Review and approval, of

The applicant shall provide an eastbound left turn lane on Immokalee Road at
the intersection with Lilac Lane prior to any excavation activity on the site.
When deemed necessary by lhe Collier County Transportation Department, the
