Sec. 206-2. Special restaurant license.
(a) The director of the division of beverage of
the department of business regulation is hereby
required to issue a special restaurant license un-
der the general provisions of[now repealed] F.S. §
561.34, and subject to the general provisions of
F.S. § 561.20(2), to the "Captain's Table of Ever-
glades City, Inc.," a restaurant located in Collier
County and having a seating capacity of 200 and
a floor capacity of 4,000 square feet;provided,how-
ever, that said licensee shall be prohibited from
selling alcoholic beverages for consumption off the
premises of said restaurant. The director of the
division of beverage is authorized to regulate and
supervise said restaurant to which such special
license is to be issued under the regulations of the
division and the general law not inconsistent here-
with.The director of the division of beverage shall
have the authority to revoke or suspend any such
license for violations of the beverage law and reg-
ulations of the state not inconsistent herewith.
(b) The director of the division of beverage shall
have the authority to cancel and revoke the spe-
cial restaurant alcoholic beverage license in the
event that the corporation should qualify and re-
ceive a hotel, motel, or motor court alcoholic bev-
erage license.
