Focus has shifted from testing to vaccination
Limited testing at DOH-Collier on Tuesday by appointment only
Close contact and outbreak related testing is available throughout the week
Testing is readily accessible in the community at urgent care centers, hospitals, physicians’ offices, pharmacies, and other locations
Over 11,000 tests reported per week

Primary vaccination site is North Collier Regional Park supported by DOH-Collier, Collier County Emergency Management, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Collier County Fire, Collier
County Sheriff’s Office, Healthcare Network of Southwest Florida, and Collier County Parks.
Vaccination is offered multiple days a week.
As of January 25, DOH-Collier administered 7,900 doses.
Collier County, as a whole, administered over 27,000 doses.
Partnering with EMS/Fire and Healthcare Network of Southwest Florida to target local first responders and residents of Marco Island, Everglades City, and the City of Naples.
Partnering with Healthcare Network of SWFL for vaccination events in Immokalee
DOH-Collier is working with the Naples Senior Center and faith-based organizations to identify individuals who meet criteria for vaccination.
DOH-Collier provided dedicated days for frontline health care workers with direct patient contact.
Currently utilizing Eventbrite for appointments.
State is currently deploying ShareCare appointment system for frontline vaccination events.
Second dose recipients will receive an email approximately one week before due date.

Valid Florida Driver License or Florida Identification Card
OR
Two of the following items:
A deed, mortgage, monthly mortgage statement, mortgage payment booklet or residential rental or lease agreement
A utility hookup or work order that is not more than 2 months old
A utility bill that is not more than 2 months old
Mail from a bank or other financial institution, including checking, savings, or investment account statements, that is not more than 2 months old
Mail from a government agency that is not more than 2 months old
One of the above items from the individual’s parent, step-parent, legal guardian or other person with whom the individual resides and a statement from the parent, step-parent, legal
guardian or other person with whom the person resides stating that the person resides with him or her.
Please note, the above residency requirements do NOT apply to health care providers or individuals presenting for their second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
