WHEREAS~ the Legislature of the State of florida in Chapter 125,
Florida Statutes, has confe~red on all counties in Florida the power to
establish, co~rdi~ate and ~nforce zoning and such business regulations
as are necessary for the ~rot~ction of the public, and
WHEREAS, ~he Count'l pursuant thereto has adopted a Land Development
Code (Ordinance rIo, 91-1021 which establishes regulations for the zoning
of particular geographlc di.,isions of the County, among which is the
granting 0: requests for non-conforming use alterations, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning Appeals, being the duly elected
constituted boa:d Gf the ~:~a hereby affected, has held a public hearing
after n0tice as i~ said !~~~lations made and provided, and has
considere~ the a~~isabilit, of a hunting cabin, by enlarging the
existin? str~c~~re, adding accessory structures and fencing, as shown on
the attached plot plan, Exhitit "A" in a Cal-ACSC/ST Zone for the
property hereinafter described, and has found as a matter of fact that
satisfactory provision and arrangement have been made concerning all
applicable matt~:s requirp.d hi said regulations and in accordance with
Subsection 1.8.10.4 of the Land Development Code for the unincorporated
area of Colller County, and
WHEREAS, all interested parties have been given opportunity to be
heard by this Board in public meeting assembled and the Board having
considered all matters presented,
