Dear Rick,
We are property owners at 476 Pine Avenue in the Vanderbilt Beach neighborhood and have read with horror the proposed plan for One Naples. Frankly, it is baffling how such a monstrous
development proposal could have advanced this far. The massive size and height of the proposed buildings would not only make a congested area virtually impassible, but are completely
out of character for the neighborhood! It is no consolation whatsoever that Stock's previous ridiculous plan has been scaled back to be slightly less ridiculous.
We are not opposed to development that is consistent with the nature of the surrounding area and buildings, but strongly oppose granting approval for the project as outlined. Please
let us know that you intend to ensure that this plan does not move ahead, and that you respect and value the beauty of this area of Naples as well as the rights and views of your constituents.
