Support and Approval for PL20200000191; Heritag...From:Michael Adley To:LoCastroRick; SolisAndy; SaundersBurt; TaylorPenny; McDanielBill Cc:GundlachNancy Subject:Support and Approval for PL20200000191; Heritage Bay PUD (PUDA) Date:Thursday, February 4, 2021 4:17:06 PM EXTERNAL EMAIL: This email is from an external source. My name is Michael Adley, and I reside at 8791 Coastline Court #202 in the Quarry, where I have been a resident for almost seven years. I am writing to express my strong support for the Heritage Bay PUD, and related gatehouse installation on our private road. When I chose to live in the Quarry, I was comforted by the fact that we owned and maintained a private road (Limestone Trail) that lied between my home and Immokalee Road. The existence of a private Limestone Trail assured me that my investment was sound, and that I would have a buffer from the noise and traffic emanating from Immokalee Road. Having shared that brief background, I have a couple concerns I would like to express to the Board of Commissioners. My primary concern is the impending installation of a traffic light outside of the Quarry main entrance. This traffic light will be a natural draw for cars leaving the retail area west of the Quarry to use Limestone Trail, thus impacting my/our safety and quality of life. Additionally, I use Limestone Trail for biking and jogging, so you can imagine that safety, and keeping vehicular traffic to a minimum, is of great importance. To that end, as a resident that lives only 100 feet from Limestone Trail, I’m imploring the Board of County Commissioners to please move forward and approve PL20200000191; Heritage Bay PUD (PUDA), and keep Limestone Trail private. Thank you so much for your time and consideration. Respectfully, Michael A. Adley
