Greetings to all:
This email is being sent to all of you pertaining to the
upcoming meeting/hearing on the PUD Amendment for
Heritage Bay.
In 2007 my husband and I bought our first home in the
Quarry on Spinner Cove Lane.
In 2012 we built a 2nd home on Marble Stone Drive.
In 2017we bought a 3rd home on Graphite Circle.
We have thoroughly enjoyed living here in the Quarry for
the last 14 years. Our sense of safety and community
has only "grown|" as each year passes.
The new traffic light at Woodcrest Drive and Immokalee
will provide more traffic control for our increased North
Naples traffic.
In addition, the new shopping center on the Southeast
corner of 951 and Immokalee will most certainly be a
new destination for our many new residents moving
to South Florida.
Not having an extra gate at Limestone Trail will allow the
"extra" traffic to access the private road... not to mention
the homes in Silverstone and the rest of the Quarry.
Enormous renovations are still underway at Heritage Bay
and the Quarry clubhouses. These improvements to both
communities need to be protected.
We are taking this opportunity to express our strong
support for the pending PUD Amendment for Heritage
Bay.
Thanks to everyone who has generously worked many
hours on this project and hope your efforts will prove to
be a huge success!
Sincerely,
Laurin Skrabonja
