My name is Donna Michetti and my husband and I have lived at 9093 Siesta Bay Drive in the
Quarry community since 2014. We strongly support the pending PUD Amendment for the
Heritage Bay PUD. Limestone Trail is a privately owned street for the use of the Quarry and
Heritage Bay communities only and should be allowed to be gated. With the area growing, we
are very concerned about the use of this road by the public. Without a gate this road will
become a cut through for the public and substantially increase the costs to the residents of the
Quarry to maintain this street and increase our liability exposure. At Quarry Drive and
Limestone Trail, the roadway is brick which is sure to deteriorate and need replaced with an
increase in traffic. Also, is the entrance bridge able to support heavier traffic with commercial
trucks being part of that traffic? The burden on the homeowners of the Quarry would be too
great if we do not gate Limestone Trail.
Thank you,
Donna Michetti
