Notice of Hybrid Virtual Public Meeting
Tourist Development Council
Collier County, Florida
Monday, November 23, 2020
9 a.m.
Notice is hereby given that the Collier County Tourist Development Council will meet on Monday, November 23, 2020
at 9:00 a.m. This will be a Virtual Zoom meeting and it will be held at the Board of County Commissioners Chambers,
third floor, Collier County Government Center, 3299 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida.
If you would like to provide public comment, participate and/or attend the meeting, please register at
TDCMeeting@colliercountyfl.gov by 11/20/20 or you may attend the meeting in person on November 23, 2020.
About the public meeting;
Two or more members of the Board of County Commissioners, Coastal Advisory Committee, City of Naples
City Council, and City of Marco Island City Council may be present and participate at the meeting. The
subject matter of this meeting may be an item for discussion and action at future meetings of these Boards.
All interested parties are invited to attend, and to register to speak. All registered public speakers will be
limited to three minutes unless permission for additional time is granted by the chairman.
Collier County Ordinance No. 2004-05 requires that all lobbyists shall, before engaging in any lobbying
activities (including, but not limited to, addressing the Board of County Commissioners, an advisory board
or quasi-judicial board), register with the Clerk to the Board at the Board Minutes and Records Department.
Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or other reasonable
accommodations to participate in this proceeding, should contact the Collier County Facilities Management
Division, located at 3335 Tamiami Trail E., Suite 101, Naples, Florida 34112, or (239) 252-8380, as soon as
possible, but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event. Such reasonable accommodations will be
provided at no cost to the individual.

Registration Available for Remote Public Comments for the Tourist Development Council Meeting
on Monday, November 23, 2020
As part of an ongoing initiative to promote social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic, the public will have the
opportunity to provide public comments remotely, as well as in person, during the Tourist Development Council meeting
taking place at 9 a.m., Monday, November 23rd.
Individuals who would like to participate remotely, should register by emailing TDCMeeting@colliercountyfl.gov.
Individuals who register will receive an email in advance of the meeting detailing how they can participate in the meeting.
About the public meeting:
This meeting is open to the public. Interested parties may register to speak and to submit their objections, if any, in writing,
to the board/committee prior to the meeting if applicable. All registered public speakers will be limited to three minutes
unless permission for additional time is granted by the chairman.
The public is reminded that the CDC and the Department of Health recommend social distancing and avoiding public
gatherings when possible.
