Place: Human Resources Training Room and Via Zoom
Community and Human Services staff requests permission to hold the November 2, 2020 monthly
AHAC meeting as a Remote Hybrid meeting to be held in the Human Resources Training Room
and Via Zoom.
To allow for public comment (if any), participants can attend via Zoom or in person, if they so
desire. Previous meetings of this committee have averaged one member of the public or less.
The location has been tentatively reserved for this meeting and is large enough to allow
appropriate social distancing of staff and any anticipated members of the public choosing to
attend the meeting in person.
Upon receipt of permission to conduct the hybrid meeting a Public Notice will be sent out with
details of the Hybrid Remote Public Meeting.
A Zoom Meeting link will be made available to any committee member wishing to participate
remotely.
Members of the public wishing to make public comment electronically will submit a request to
the CHS Division by Friday, October 30, 2020, at 12:00 noon to be placed on the speakers list in
order of received requests and receive Zoom Meeting instructions. Public Comment may also be
given in person.
Staff requests approval by the County Manager’s Office to hold the November 2, 2020 Affordable
Housing Advisory Committee meeting as a Hybrid Public Meeting as described above.
