Dear Ms. Williams:
As you know, this office represents the Estate of Carolyn Hunt, Deceased, who died on September 29,
2019.
At this time, the Executrix is satisfying all the specific bequests under the Decedent's Will. Enclosed is a
check payable to The Collier County Public Library - Marco Island Branch in the amount of$50,000.00
in satisfaction of the bequest made under the Will, along with a copy of the page of the Will that directs
the bequest. As you will note, this bequest is specifically made to the Marco Island Branch of the
Collier County Public Library for the children's collection development and children's programs.
Finally, enclosed is a Satisfaction of Bequest, which I ask that you sign and return to me in the
enclosed envelope. The Executrix also requests written confirmation that the funds have or will be
used for the specific and thoughtful intentions set forth by the Decedent in her Will.

Public Library, hereby acknowledge receipt of an estate check in the amount of Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($50,000.00), for the children's collection development and children's programs,
which represents distribution in full and final satisfaction of the specific bequest to The Marco
Island Branch of the Collier County Public Library under PARAGRAPH THIRD 3. of the Last
Will and Testament of Carolyn Hunt, Deceased. The beneficiary understands that to the extent
further expenses and/or taxes of any kind are incurred by the estate and/or the Executrix or if
any claims are made against the estate that cannot be satisfied by the Executrix from the funds
remaining in the estate, then the beneficiary will be responsible for its proportionate share of all
such expenses/taxes (not to exceed the gross amount of this specific bequest), and the
beneficiary will pay those expenses/taxes immediately upon the written request of the Executrix
and/or the attorney for the estate.
