Notice of Hybrid Remote Public Meeting
Bayshore Beautification Municipal
Service Taxing Unit Advisory Committee

Notice is hereby given that the Bayshore Beautification Municipal Service Taxing Unit will meet on Wednesday,
October 7,2020 at 5:00 p.m. This will be a Hybrid Remote meeting and it will be held at the 3`d Floor BCC Chambers,
3299 Tamiami Trail E, Naples, Fl 34112. Some of the Board Members may be appearing electronically, with staff
present in person. The public may attend either electronically or in person.
If you would like to participate electronically, please contact Shirley Garcia via email at
Shirley.garcia@colliercountyfl.gov by October 5, 2020 by 4pm.
One week prior to the meeting, the Bayshore MSTU agenda will be posted on the CRA website at
https://bayshorecra.com/bayshore-beautification/meetings-information/to access the Agenda packet click on the link.
About the public meeting;
One or more members of the Collier County Board of County Commissioners may be present and may participate at
the meeting. The subject matter of this meeting may be an item for discussion and action at a future meeting of those
boards, councils or agencies.
All interested parties are invited to attend,and to register to speak.All registered public speakers will be limited to three
minutes unless permission for additional time is granted by the chairman.
The public is reminded that the CDC and Department of Health recommend social distancing and avoiding public
gatherings when possible.

Collier County Ordinance No. 2004-05 requires that all lobbyists shall, before engaging in any lobbying activities
(including, but not limited to, addressing the Board of County Commissioners, an advisory board or quasi-judicial

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or other reasonable accommodations to
participate in this proceeding, should contact the Collier County Facilities Management Division, located at 3335
Tamiami Trail E., Suite 101,Naples, Florida 34112, or(239)252-8380, as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours
before the scheduled event. Such reasonable accommodations will be provided at no cost to the individual.
