FLORIDA, AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF COLLIER COUNTY AND AS EX-OFFICIO
THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE COLLIER COUNTY WATER-SEWER DISTRICT,
having a mailing address of 3335 East Tamiami Trail, Suite 101, Naples, Florida 34112,
as Grantee.
(Wherever used herein,the terms"Grantor"and"Grantee"include all parties to this instrument and
their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns.)
WITNESSETH:
Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration paid by the Grantee, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby conveys, grants, bargains and sells unto the Grantee, a perpetual,
non-exclusive utility easement for the purpose of constructing and maintaining utility
facilities, upon, under and across the following described lands located in Collier County,
Florida, to wit: •

THIS IS NOT HOMESTEAD PROPERTY.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee together with the right to enter
upon said land, excavate, and place or remove materials, including, but not limited to,
wastewater lines and pipes, pump station, service, and other equipment or improvements
appurtenant thereto or thereunder for the purpose of constructing, operating, and
maintaining utility facilities thereon. Grantor grants Grantee reasonable ingress and
egress over its property to access the easement area as defined in Exhibit "A". Grantor
and Grantee are used for singular or plural, as the context requires. The easement
granted herein shall constitute easements running with the land and shall burden the
lands described above.
ADDITIONALLY, the rights and interest conveyed hereunder are conditioned upon the
reasonable exercise thereof by Grantee. Grantee agrees not to unreasonably interfere
with Grantor's use of the lands described in Exhibit"A" and that Grantee shall coordinate
and schedule with Grantor (or its staff) the times and dates for construction or
maintenance of the utilities. All utilities installed and maintained by Grantee shall be
underground, with the exception of the sewer pump station and other equipment or
improvements appurtenant thereto. Grantee further agrees that it shall, at the Grantee's
sole cost and expense, restore and repair any and all damage caused to Grantor's
property or improvements as a result of Grantee's use of this Utility Easement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be executed
