Description: Brick pavers and parking stops, creating parking spaces, were placed in the County right-of-way without obtaining required Collier County permits.
Past Order(s): On August 2, 2019 the Special Magistrate issued a Finding of Fact, Conclusion of Law and Order. The Respondent was found in violation of the referenced ordinance and
ordered to correct the violation. See the attached Order of the Special Magistrate, OR 5655 PAGE 1933 for more information.
The violation has been abated as of June 17, 2020.
FINES AND COSTS TO DATE ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Fines have accrued at a rate of $100.00 per day for the period from September 3, 2019 to June 17, 2020 (289 days) for a total fine amount of $28,900.00
