RE: 1 1 1 Capri Boulevard, Naples, F1341 13
Dear Mr. Mucha,
Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Under the current circumstances we are unable to travel
We really appreciate the courtesy and professionalism of Code Enforcement, The Special Magistrate and all court
personnel for their patience and assistance in this issue.

We respectfully request that fines be waved because we have tried to handle this in a timely fashion and adhere to the
laws. We understand that there were some
challenges because of the pandemic.
Thanks again for all your help.
Sincerely,
Jim & Pat Schultz

Good Morning Mr. Schultz,
lf you are comfortable with it, you could send me an email requesting that the fines be waived and we
will ensure that it is presented on your behalf to the Special Magistrate. The permit only took a little bit
of extra time to complete and due to the pandemic, it is certainly understandable. The Special
Magistrate has also previously waived fines based on correspondence from respondents as she
understands the difficulties with travel and concerns over health. The County would have no objection
to the fines being waived as you were actively trying to resolve the issue the entire time. This way we
get this taken care of for you.
Respectfully,

Re: l.lL Capri Blvd, Naples, 341,13
Dear Ms Gonzalez,
Thanks for taking the time to give us information about this case.
First of all, we did the proper paperwork with the US Postal Service and our mail was forwarded for
about a week and then sent to 11L Capri. We are in the Chicago area and pretty much
quarantined because of Covid 19 and unable to travel. We did not receive your mail and unaware of the
court date of next Thursday. So, we are sorry, but it is impossible to be in Naples for this hearing.
We have tried to be compliant on every level and obey the laws,
We were shocked to hear that there was a problem with this case. ln a separate email we will be
sending the information from Dock Guys who had some trouble submitting the paperwork.
ln the past we have paid allfees and hope you can consider waiving any additionalfees. We are truly
sorry for taking up the time of The Honorable Magistrate and the court personnel and hope that you will
understand our lack of information which led to this predicament.
The property is listed under the trust of James R. & Patricia Schultz and we would be happy to provide
any other information.
Our current mailing address is 2526 Laurel Lane, Wilmette, ll 60091 until we return to Naples on
November 29.
Please don't hesitate to contact us for any reason. Thanks for your understanding.
Please be safe.
Respectfully,
Jim & Pat Schultz
