Description: A boat lift was erected on the subject property without first obtaining a valid Collier County permit, proper inspections and a certificate of completion/occupancy.
Past Order(s): On Dcember 6, 2019 the Special Magistrate issued a Finding of Fact, Conclusion of Law and Order. The Respondent was found in violation of the referenced ordinances and
ordered to correct the violation. See the attached Order of the Special Magistrate, OR 5712 PAGE 1307 for more information. On March 6, 2020 the Special Magistrate granted an Extension
of Time. See attached Order of the Special Magistrate.
The violation has been abated as of July 22, 2020.
FINES AND COSTS TO DATE ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Fines have accrued at a rate of $100.00 per day for the period from May 7, 2020 to July 22, 2020 (77 days) for a total fine amount of $7,700.00
Previously Assessed Operational Costs of $223.45 have been paid.
