This law firm represents Panter Colon-Taboada, the owner of the real property located at M60 3'd Avenue
SW, Naples, Florida. On or about Api|6,2020, Collier County accepted and approved Vegetation Removal
Permit No. PL20200000581 (the "Permit"). The approved Permit met the conditions to close Collier County
Code Enforcement Case No. CEVR2Ol700l96l0 (the "Code Enforcement Case").
Since my client met the conditions to close the Code Enforcement Case, my client respectfully requests that
the Collier County Code Enforcement Board ("Board"), waive all accrued fines in the Code Enforcement
Case and reduce the amount due to costs accrued to date and operational costs through the hearing date.
