To whom it may concern,
My name is Americo Arias and my wife Caroline and I purchased a new construction home located at 2087 Desoto Blvd. North, Naples, FL 34120, which closed on June 11, 2020. The title company
that represented the seller and me in the closing was Omega Title Group in Naples. To the best of my knowledge, the title company and the builder were issued a Certificated of Occupancy
and we closed on the home. I was not informed of any liens, code violations, or any other type of title related issues with the property. I first become aware of a code violation when
I received a letter at my front door from Collier County, weeks after my closing.
I ask that you please take into consideration my innocence in this matter and do not hold me accountable for any fines or court appearances as I had nothing to do with the prior issues
of the home. All I did was simply purchase a home that I believed was free and clear of any issues as the title company had never alerted me of any problems.
