July 22,2020 lliana, I am writing this letter regarding the property located at t1724 Quail Village Way. We purchased this property on August t6,20L8. The Warranty Deed was recorded on August 77,2018. We hired a Contractor to renovate parts of the interior and it was brought to our attention with the Order of the Code Enforcement Board, recorded L2/9/2019, that we were in violation for alterations to the interior with no permit obtained. From the day we were notified we have been working with Collier County, Michael Ossorio, Dee pulse and lliana Burgos to name a few to rectify the Order. Once it became apparent our Contractor was not able to follow through with resolving the Order, we immediately hired a new Contractor to take over. Throughout the entire process we have been advised by the Code Enforcement Board especially Michael Ossorio as how to proceed with each step and hearings scheduled especially due to Covid 19 putting restrictions and delays timewise. Michael Ossorio has been a tremendous help and advised us due to Covid to avoid the first hearing and get the case closed out and attend the follow up Hearing for July 23,2020. We immediately paid the Operation Costs of S59.Gg as soon as we received those and are requesting you to please waive ALL fines that have accrued as we have diligently corrected the Order as best we could given the circumstances involved throughout. Total fines accrued are $11,500.00 Ericka Craig Executive Assistant Licensed FL Realtor Notary Public State of Florida office: 239.321.6650 mobile: 239.595.4769 email: ericka@naplesopm.com The mtent of lhis email is @nfidential and ir(ended for the r*ipient sp€ified in massge only lt is striclly fdbiddm to share any parl of this message with any third party, without a written @n$nt of the smder. lf you r@ived this mesege by mistake, pl€se reply to lhis message and follil with its deletion, I that we €n ensure such a mistake does not occur in the future.
