This is in reference to Case number CEVR20180005925 dealing with Violation of the Collier County Land Development Code 04-41, as amended, Section 10.02.06(B)(1)(a), 10.02.06(B)(1)(e), Section 3.05.01(B), Section 3.05.02(G)(5), and Section 3.05.04(D); for Mechanical clearing of vegetation in excess of allotted one acre without first obtaining a Vegetation Removal Permit. located at 6180 Hidden Oaks Ln Naples, FL 341l9 Folio: 493320003 Service was given on May 10,2018 I would now like to present case evidence in the following exhibits: Three photos taken by Investigator Giguere on April 11, 2018, Four photos taken by Investigator Gigiuere on April 27, 2018 and a photo taken by me on February 21, 2020. Aerial views from Property Appraiser website for the years 2017, 2018 and 2020. Present details of case. A complaint was received for “Back filling the wet lands”. Investigation revealed there was clearing taking place. This Estates zoned property is 2.73 acres. The Department of Environmental Protection reviewed property and determined it is an ‘Upland’ not a ‘Wetland’ and there was no violation under there jurisdiction. Owner was advised he will need to obtain a Vegetation Removal Permit (VRP). A notice of violation was issued. Owner applied for a VRP but it is now expired. As of July 22, 2020 violation remains. (Owner believes that almost 90% of the property had Brazilian Pepper)
