This is in reference to Case number CEOCC20190008179 dealing
with Violation of the Collier County Code of Laws and Ordinances, Chapter 126, Article IV, Section 126-111(b) and Collier County Land Development Code, 04-41 as amended, Section 5.02.03,
Section 5.02.03(C), Section 5.02.03(E), and Section 5.02.03(J).; Prohibited business activity observed, employees/workers coming to and leaving property. No Business Tax receipt for
business operation.

I would now like to present case evidence in the following exhibits:
20 photos taken by me on May 8, 2020, Aerial view of property for 2020 from Property Appraiser website.
Complaints were received on this property—this case is addressing the report of “a Port-o-john -for workers employees coming/going in mornings and 430pm.” Property was monitored and
I observed activity to be a violation of the home occupation ordinance. Owner was contacted to advise and a Notice of violation was issued. In summary of my On May 8th, 2020 monitoring
of the property for activity I observed at least 16 various vehicles (not counting trailers) either entering or existing property between 7:40am and 8:26am. As of July 22, 2020 violation
remains.
