Some of the Board Members may be appearing electronically, with staff present in person. The public may attend either electronically or in person. Individuals who would like to participate in person must complete and submit a speaker form prior to the beginning of the discussion about the item. Individuals who would like to participate remotely must complete and submit the online speaker registration form prior to the beginning of the discussion about the item. One week prior to the meeting, the Collier County Code Enforcement Board agenda will be posted on the Code Enforcement’s website at https://www.colliercountyfl.gov. The subject matter of this meeting may be an item for discussion and action at a future meeting of those boards, councils, or agencies. All interested parties are invited to attend and to register to speak. All registered public speakers will be limited to three minutes unless changed by the chairman. The public is reminded that the CDC and the Department of Health recommend social distancing and avoiding public gatherings when possible. Collier County Ordinance No. 2004-05 requires that all lobbyists shall, before engaging in any lobbying activities (including, but not limited to, addressing the Board of County Commissioners, an advisory board or quasi-judicial board), register with the Clerk to the Board at the Board Minutes and Records Department. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or other reasonable accommodations to participate in this proceeding, should contact the Collier County Facilities Management Division, located at 3335 Tamiami Trail E., Suite 101, Naples, Florida 34112, or 239-252-8380, as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event. Such reasonable accommodations will be provided at no cost to the individual.
