TIM CARNESTOWN TILMSPER STATION TO ALL USERS
MIEREAS, tho Doard of County Commissioners through
Ordinance No. 82-14, as amundod by Ordinanco No: 82-84, has
extended the user fee system for'®olid Waste to all public or
private users) and,'
WHEREAS, said Ordinance provides that fees may be revised
by Resolution of the Board) and,
MIEREAS, it has become necessary to charge Transfer
Station Fees at the Carnestown Transfer Station whereas
previously the Carnestown facility had been directly excluded
from said fees,
NOW, THEREFORE DE IT RESOLVED by the Collier County Board
pf County Conunissioners that Resolution No. 82-147 is amended
in its entirety to read as follows:
Section One: The following fee schedule is approved for
all users, including commercial haulers, of all the County
Solid Waste facilities.
Landfill Fee
$6.00/ton (Weight rounded to nenrent ton)
Trannfer Station Fee
All vehicle typesi 50C per use if 2 bags or
less (bags not to exceed
40 gallon capacity)
Full Size & Compact,
Cars & S.tationwagons: $1.00 per use if more
than 2 bags or loose
material
Trucks, Trailers, Vans: $1.00 per use if more
than 2 bags or loose
material - less than 1
cubic yard (bags not to
exceed 40 gallon capacity).
OR
$1.25 par cubic yard if 1
cubic yard and above (Vol-
umo rounded to the nearest
cubic yard).
Rosidential Disnonal. Fee
$9.00/year (payable quarterly)
Section Twos The effective data of this resolution shall
