How it works.
The plan is a JOBS plan!
County will have to hire and train inspectors
enough to inspect and report on every business on a
weekly or every two weeks to assess certificate
status.
Businesses that receive a SPECIFIC rating can
make necessary changes to increase their safety
rating, however, are under no obligation to do so.
Freedom!
Businesses can also be downgraded in their
safety rating should their inspectors prove to
warrant.
Rating signs to be displayed at Entity of Business.
Any business failing to post a rating will be closed
until rating is posted properly.
