Extension of Veterans Memorial Boulevard from Livingston Road to Old US41. Building 4-lanes divided urban arterial in two phases:
Phase I: Livingston Road to the new High School entrance, includes two traffic signals, sidewalks, on-street bike lanes, and stormwater pond.
Phase II: New High School to Old 41, includes railroad crossing, sidewalks, on-street bike lanes, signal at Old 41(coordination with FDOT PD&E study required)

There are 121 residences within the noise study limits that were evaluated related to the exterior impact criteria for residential uses which include single family homes, mobile homes,
condominiums, and/or townhomes adjacent to the proposed alignment of VMB.

On the federal and state level warrants are defined for noise abatement

According to the PD&E Manual, a minimum of two impacted sites must achieve a 5 dB(A) or greater reduction AND
the barrier must be cost reasonable: the current FDOT cost reasonableness factor is $42,000 (or less) per benefited receptor
