Original document has been signcdlinitialed for legal sufficiency. (All documents to be
signed by the Chairman, with the exception of most letters, must be reviewed and signed
by the Office of the County Attorney. This includes signature pages from ordinances,
resolutions, etc. signed by the County Attorney's Office and signature pages from
contracts, agreements, etc. that have been fully executed by all parties except the Bee
Chairman and Clerk to the Board and ossibly State Officials.)
All handwritten strike-through and revisions have heen initialed by the County Attomey's
Office and all other arties exce t the BCC Chainnan and the Clerk to the Board
The Chairman's signature line date has been entered as the date ofBCC approval of the
document or the final TIe otiated contract date whichever is a Ii cable.
"Sign here" tabs are placed on the appropriate pages indicating where the Chairman's
si nature and initials are re uired.
In most cases (some contracts are an exception), the original document and this routing slip
should be provided to Sue Filson in the BCC office within 24 hours of BCC approval.
Some documents are time sensitive and require fon,varding to Tallahassee within a certain
time frame or the BCe's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA AUTHORIZING FINAL
ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN ROADWAY AND
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN
TERRABELLA OF PELICAN MARSH, UNIT
TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 22
THROUGH 23; RELEASE OF THE
MAINTENANCE SECURITY; AND
ACCEPTANCE OF THE MAINTENANCE
RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ROADWAY AND
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS THAT ARE NOT
REQUIRED TO BE MAINTAINED BY THE
TERRABELLA OF PELICAN MARSH
HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., OR THE
PELICAN MARSH COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, on
February 5, 2004 approved the plat of Terrabella of Pelican Marsh Unit Two for
recording; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has constructed and maintained the roadway and
drainage improvements in accordance with the approved plans and specifications as
required by the Land Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 04-41, as
amended); and
WHEREAS, the Developer is requesting final acceptance of the roadway and
drainage improvements and release of his maintenance security; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering and Environmental Services Section of the
Community Development Department has inspected the roadway and drainage
improvements, and is recommending acceptance of said facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that final acceptance is hereby
granted for those roadway and drainage improvements in Terrabella of Pelican Marsh
Unit Two, pursuant to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 41, pages 22 through 23, and
the Clerk is hereby authorized to release the maintenance security.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the County accept the
future maintenance and other attendant costs for those roadway and drainage
improvements that are not required to be maintained by the Terrabella of Pelican Marsh
Homeowners' Association, Inc., or the Pelican Marsh Community Development District.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote favoring same,
