Original document has been signed/initialed for legal sufficiency. (All documents to be
signed by the Chairman, with the exception of most letters, must be reviewed and signed
by the Office of the County Attorney. This includes signature pages from ordinances,
resolutions, etc. signed by the County Attorney's Office and signature pages from
contracts, agreements, etc. that have been fully executed by all parties except the BCC
Chairman and Clerk to the Board and ossibl State Officials.)
All handwritten strike-through and revisions have been initialed by the County Attorney's
Office and all other arties exce t the BCC Chairman and the Clerk to the Board
The Chairman's signature line date has been entered as the date ofBCC approval of the
document or the final ne otiated contract date whichever is a licable.
"Sign here" tabs are placed on the appropriate pages indicating where the Chairman's

In most cases (some contracts are an exception), the original document and this routing slip
should be provided to Sue Filson in the BCC office within 24 hours ofBCC approval.
Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain
time frame or the Bee's actions are nullified. Be aware of our deadlines!

RESOLUTION NO. 08-355
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA AUTHORIZING FINAL
ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN ROADWAY AND
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN TERRANOVA
OF PELICAN MARSH, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING
TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT
BOOK 34, PAGES 61 THROUGH 62; RELEASE
OF THE MAINTENANCE SECURITY; AND
ACCEPTANCE OF THE MAINTENANCE
RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ROADWAY AND
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS THAT ARE NOT
REQUIRED TO BE MAINTAINED BY THE
TERRANO V A HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION,
INC., OR THE PELICAN MARSH COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, on
January 25, 2000 approved the plat of Terranova of Pelican Marsh Unit One for
recording; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has constructed and maintained the roadway and
drainage improvements in accordance with the approved plans and specifications as
required by the Land Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 04-41, as
amended); and
WHEREAS, the Developer is requesting final acceptance of the roadway and
drainage improvements and release of his maintenance security; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering and Environmental Services Section of the
Community Development Department has inspected the roadway and drainage
improvements, and is recommending acceptance of said facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that final acceptance is hereby
granted for those roadway and drainage improvements in Terranova of Pelican Marsh
Unit One, pursuant to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 34, pages 61 through 62, and
the Clerk is hereby authorized to release the maintenance security.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the County accept the
future maintenance and other attendant costs for those roadway and drainage
improvements that are not required to be maintained by the Terranova Homeowners'
Association, Inc., or the Pelican Marsh Community Development District.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote favoring same,
