COUNTY RESPONSIBILITIES: • The County is responsible for providing all patch cables other than 5-ft cables that are included with Cisco IP Phones • The County is responsible for providing 66/110 blocks and Amphenol cables for connecting analog gateways unless otherwise noted • The County is responsible for providing cat 5E or better cabling for server and Phone connectivity • The County is responsible for all network (Switch, routing, firewall) configurations, including QoS configurations, unless otherwise noted. • This SOW assumes that at least 1 member of the customer's IT and/or telecom staff will accompany UDT engineers for access into restricted areas, such as data centers • The SOW assumes that the County will provide a site contact at each location to assist with phone/employee locations. • The County is responsible for notifying its customer base of maintenance windows. • The County is responsible for scheduling end -user training with staff. • UDT will hold consecutive training days for the phased deployments. Payment Ternrs Payment will be made upon receipt of a proper invoice and upon approval by the County's Contract Administrative Agent/Project Manager, and in compliance with Chapter 218, Fla. Stats., otherwise known as the "Local Government Prompt Payment Act". Any late interest fees shall be pursuant to Section 218.74, Fla. Stat. Payments will be made for services furnished, delivered, and accepted, upon receipt and approval of invoices submitted on the date of services or within six (6) months after completion of the Agreement. Any untimely submission of invoices beyond the specified deadline period is subject to non-payment under the legal doctrine of "laches" as untimely submitted. Time shall be deemed of the essence with respect to the timely submission of invoices under this Agreement. SCHEDULING AND WORK HOURS UDT consulting services will be performed between 8:00am and 5:00pm (local time), except UDT holidays, unless after-hours or weekend work is requested or required. 8.1. UDT has made every attempt to accurately estimate the total project cost and number of engineers required to successfully complete the project. If impediments or complications arise that are out of the control of UDT, the length of the project could be impacted. Valid impediments and/or complications consist of (but are not limited to): • Malfunctioning client -owned hardware essential to conduct the engagement. • Inability to access equipment or personnel that are required to complete the project. • Inability to begin or continue work related to the project because of a lack of client - provided information, such as valid IP addresses, login information, network diagrams, change management, etc. • Changes to either the project scope, timeline, deliverables or project schedule that occur after the date this agreement is executed. 8.2 Should a condition of this nature arise, UDT will notify the County as soon as possible and provide specific details about the impediments accordingly.
