FATHER’S DAY WEEKEND UPDATE
Relatively calm at the Beaches this past weekend
Heavy traffic at Marco Island Beaches—South Beach and Tigertail with park closures due to capacity and overflow issues
City of Naples reports increased utilization, but no issues

Trams currently operational—running 7 days a week—trams equipped with plexiglass to promote social distancing amongst tram riders
Restroom construction continues—anticipated reopening of expansion July 1st
Boardwalk construction to begin August, which will result in closure of facility for approximately 60 days

582 Campers registered at 11 Locations
Playgrounds at community centers limited to summer camp use Monday thru Friday until August 8th
Community center playgrounds will be open to the general public on the weekends starting June 27th

(6) positive COVID cases (Vineyards, Immokalee Sports Complex, Eagle Lakes Aquatics Facility, North Collier Regional Park Sports Camp)
Parents have been notified at camps at Vineyards and North Collier Regional Park
Facilities were closed temporarily and fully sanitized
Contact tracing resulted in several employees being isolated and tested
Several referred for testing have come back negative; awaiting results on others
Vineyards and Eagle Lakes Aquatic Facilities did not close and programming resumed
Immokalee Sports Complex remains closed until staff return with negative results from secondary exposure; NCRP Sports Camp closed for two weeks with reopening on July 6th

Perfect Games Softball held this past weekend with no issues; Challenger Soccer 3 v 3 held previous weekend again with no issues.
