Resolution 1990-028JANUARY 23, 1990 RESOLUTION NO. 90 - __JL A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF RIGHT-OF-WAY BY QUITCLAIM DEED AT DAVIS BOULEVARD AND SANTA BARBARA BOULEVARD. WHEREAS, future transportation improvements to Davis Boulevard and Santa Barbara Boulevard will require additional right-of-way for roadway and drainage improvements; and WHEREAS, a quitclaim deed has been executed and rQcorded in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, at O.R. Book 1483, Pago 1606, conveying to Collier County the landn required for the construction of the referenced transportation Improvements; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the County to accept said conveyance of the right-of-way for roadway and drainage improvements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE I7' RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA that: 1.) The property described as: "The North 60.00 feet of the South 135.00 feet of the West half of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 4, Township 50 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, LESS and EXCEPT the West 60.00 feet Therefrom", and "The East 40.00 feet of the West 100.00 feet of the West half of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 4, Township '10 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, LESS and EXCEPT the South 135.00 feet therefrom", is hereby accepted; and 2.) Pursuant to Chapter 196.295, F.S., the property taxes on the above -described property are hereby canceled as of the date of this Resolution.
