A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO DISCLAIM, RENOUNCE
AND VACATE THE COUNTY AND THE PUBLIC INTEREST IN A
PORTION OF THE MAINTENANCE ROAD EASEMENT AS
RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4551, PAGES 1016
THROUGH 1020 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 1.4 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF US-41 (TAMIAMI
TRAIL EAST) AND THOMASSON DRIVE, IN SECTION 25,
TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA. (PL20200000324)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 2013-166, Petitioner, Chris Van Buskirk of
Barraco and Associates, Inc., on behalf of the property owner, has requested the vacation
of the County and the Public interest in a portion of the Maintenance Road Easement, as
recorded in Official Record Book 4551, pages 1016 through 1020 of the public records of
Collier County, Florida, in Section 25, Township 50 South, Range 25 East, Collier
County, Florida, being more specifically shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, on this day, held a public
hearing to consider the petitioner's request and notice of said public hearing was given as
required by law; and
WHEREAS, the granting of the petitioner's request will not affect the ownership
or right of convenient access of persons owning other parts of the subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the County and
public interest in a portion of the Maintenance Road Easement, as recorded in Official
Record Book 4551, pages 1016 through 1020 of the public records of Collier County,
Florida, in Section 25, Township 50 South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida, being
more specifically shown in Exhibit A, is hereby vacated, extinguished, renounced and
disclaimed, and this action is declared to be in the public interest and for the public
benefit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Clerk to the Board
is hereby directed to record a certified copy of the Resolution in the Public Records of
Collier County, Florida.

Section 25, Township 50 South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida, said tract or parcel of
land being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the East Quarter corner of said Section 25 run S89041'49"W along
the North line of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of said Section 25 for 919.28 feet;
thence run Soo°18'11"E for 5.51 feet to an intersection with the North line of said
Maintenance Road Easement and the POINT OF BEGINNING.
From said Point of Beginning run Southeasterly along an are of a curve to the right of

for 33.70 feet to an intersection with the South line of said Easement; thence run along
