Notice is hereby given that the Immokalee Local Redevelopment Advisory Board and the Immokalee Lighting and Beautification Municipal Service Taxing Unit (MSTU) Advisory Committee will meet at 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 24, 2020, at South Immokalee Park, 418 School Drive, Immokalee, Florida. The Advisory board members will be appearing remotely, with staff present in person. If you would like to participate in the meeting, please contact Monica Acosta via email at Monica.Acosta@colliercountyfl.gov by June 23, 2020. One week prior to the meeting, the CRA agenda will be posted on the CRA’s website at www.Immokaleetoday.com. To access the agenda, go to https://immokaleecra.com/meetings-information-1. Two or more members of the Board of County Commissioners, Immokalee Local Redevelopment Advisory Board, Immokalee Lighting and Beautification MSTU may be present and may participate at the meeting. The subject matter of this meeting may be an item(s) for discussion and action at future meetings of the Advisory Boards, Board of County Commissioners and/or Collier County Community Redevelopment Agency. All interested parties are invited to attend, and to register to speak. All registered public speakers will be limited to three minutes unless permission for additional time is granted by the chairman. The public is reminded that the CDC and Department of Health recom mend social distancing and avoiding public gatherings when possible. 2 Collier County Ordinance No. 2004-05 requires that all lobbyists shall, before engaging in any lobbying activities (including, but not limited to, addressing the Board of County Commissioners, an advisory board or quasi-judicial board), register with the Clerk to the Board at the Board Minutes and Records Department. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or other reasonable accommodations in order to participate in this proceeding, should contact the Collier County Facilities Management Division, located at 3335 Tamiami Trail E., Suite 101, Naples, Florida 34112, or (239) 252-8380, as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
