RESOLUTION NO. 2006-281
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO APPOINT CHARLES MARTIN
TO THE COLLIER COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 92-80, as amended, provides that the
Collier County Code Enforcement Boards shall consist of seven regular members and
two alternate members; and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on this Board for the category of Alternate;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLUER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Charles Martin, representing
the category of Alternate, is hereby appointed to the Collier County Code Enforcement
Board to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to expire on February 14,
2009.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
