(All Districts) 15) Recommendation to approve the attached First Amendment to Agreement No. 18-7382 Professional Services Agreement for Collier Area Transit Fixed Route, Demand Response and Transit Operations Management Services with MV Contract Transportation, Inc., providing for reimbursement of operating expenses incurred in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic utilizing the 5307 and 5311 CARES Act funding allocated to the County by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), and authorize the Chairman to sign the attached amendment.
