Withdraw Item 16K8: Recommendation to approve a Stipulated Final Judgment for final
compensation in the amount of $13,103.50 for Parcel 250RDUE, including all attorney and
expert fees, in the lawsuit styled Collier County v. Pedro E. Pena, et al, Case No. 15-CA-0350,
required for the Golden Gate Boulevard Widening Project No. 60040. (Fiscal Impact:
$11,703.50) (County Attorney’s request)
Move Item 9B to Item 17G: Staff has withdrawn its request for an interconnection to be on the
PUD Master Plan and is recommending approval of the petition as forwarded by the Planning
Commission. As a result, this item now qualifies for the Summary agenda and will become Item
17G on today’s Agenda.
This item requires ex parte disclosure be provided by the Commission members. Should a hearing
be held on this item, all participants are required to be sworn in. Recommendation to approve an
Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2004-41, as amended, the Collier County Land Development
Code, which established the comprehensive zoning regulations for the unincorporated area of
Collier County, Florida by amending the appropriate zoning atlas map or maps by changing the
zoning classification of the herein described real property from a Rural Agricultural (A) zoning
district with a portion of the real property in a ST overlay (Special Treatment) to a Residential
Planned Unit Development (RPUD) zoning district for the project known as Russell Square RPUD
to allow development of up to 230 multi- family dwelling units on property located east of Santa
Barbara Boulevard and approximately 1/4 mile south of Davis Boulevard in Section 9, Township
50 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, consisting of 32.9+/- acres; and by providing an
