RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING KATHLEEN C.
HERRMANN, TO THE SMALL CITIES
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
CITIZENS ADVISORY TASK FORCE.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 90-60 established a Small Cities Community
Development Block Grant Citizens Advisory Task Force for Collier County; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 90-60 provides for the appointment oftive members for two year
terms after the initial term; and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on this board under the category of Business Leader;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting
applications from interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
CG:MMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Kathleen C. Herrmann,
representing the Minority category, is hereby reappointed to the Small Cities Community
Development Block Grant Citizens Advisory Task Force for a 2 year term, said term to expire on
December 31, 2002.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
