issue an Authorization for waiver of impact fees to Richard A. and Lmlra L. Clrlelon

Estates, in Collier County. Florida.
2. Upon receipt by the Housing and Urban Improvement Director of an Olgreemcnt for
waiver signed by Richard A. and Laura L. Carlelon. or olher documentation acceplahle
to the County Allomey, the Board of County Commissioners hereby authorizcs the
payment by Collicr County of the following impact fees from the Affordahle Housing
Trust Fund, Fund (191). in the following amounts for the one (I) house to he hui It at
