RESOLUTION NO. 99-~
RELATING TO PETITION NUMBER SV-97-2, FOR
SIGN VARIANCES ON PROPERTY HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of Florida in Chapter
Florida Statutes, has conferred on all counties in Florida
establish, coordinate and enforce zoning and such business
as are necessary for the protection of the public, and
~IIIEREAS, the County pursuant thereto has adopted a Land
Development Code ((Jrdinance No. 91-102) which establishes regulations
for the zoning of particular geographic divisions of the County,
which is the granting of variances, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning Appeals being the duly elected
constituted Board of th~ area hereby affected, has held a public
hearing after notice as in said re.julations made and provided, and
consideled the ad'lisability of variances from the requirements
one-sided of!-Fcemises directional signs with a copy area of 12 squar~~~
feet each and a maximum height of 12 feet to allow for one 15 foot
double-faced oft-premises directional sign with a copy area of 72
51uare re~t, ~s ~hown on the attached plot plan, Exhibit "A", in a
zone for the property her~inafter described, and has found as
of fact that satisfactory provision and arrangement have been made
concerning all applicable matters required by said regulations and
accordance with Section 2.7.5 of the Zoning Regulations of said
Development Code for the unincorporated area of Collier County,
WHEREAS, all interested parties have been given opportunity to
heard by this Board in public meeting assembled and the Board having
considered all matters presented,
NOW THEREfORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
