1. That certain trust known as the Randall K. Koch Declaration of Trust Dated
February 2, 1994, (hereinafter the "Trust") was duly executed and created
February 2, 1994 and remains in full force and effect as of the date hereof.
2. The settlor of the Trust is Mary Beth Koch.
3. The undersigned, who address is 336 Killarney Beach Road, Bay City, MI 48706,
is currently dully authorized and acting trustee of the Trust.
4. Affiant is of legal age, competent to testify in a court of law and has personal
knowledge of the facts set forth herein.
5. The Trust grants the affiant full power and authority to acquire, sell, lease,
encumber, manage and otherwise dispose of any and all Trust property including,
without limitation, its interest in the property described as follows:
THE EAST SEVENTY-FIVE (75') FEET OF THE WEST ONE HUNDRED
EIGHTY (180') FEET OF TRACT 81, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT
NO. 65, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN
PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 88 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA.

6. The Trust authorizes the affiant to execute any and all documents required in
connection with any acquisition, sale, lease, mortgage, or other transfer including,
without limitation, deeds, mortgages, certifications, affidavits, closing statements
and other related documents.
7. The authority of the trustee as set forth in Paragraph 5, above may be executed by
the affiant alone, as trustee of the Trust, without the necessity of any other co-
trustee signing or otherwise authenticating such instruments unless indicated

"Grantor"), to COLLIER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, its
successors and assigns, whose post office address is 3335 Tamiami Trail East, Naples,
Florida, 34112 (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee").
(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and their respective
heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns.)
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
