Statement of Understanding WHEREAS,the City of Naples has requested a third extension of time to complete the 8th Ave. South Beach Park Improvements due unforeseen delays as a result of Hurricane Irma and permitting issues;and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed and approved this request for a six month extension of time. In order to continue the services provided for in the original Agreement referenced above, the Parties agree to amend the Agreement as provided herein. Note: Language deleted has been s 1k-44trough.
