Chairman Lyster called the meeting to order at 10:16 and led the pledge of allegiance.

Four members of the Productivity Committee were present representing a quorum.

The agenda was distributed to all present and approved.

The minutes were approved.

8.New Business {None)9.Old BusinessThe Committee discussed the draft memorandum to the Board of County Commissioners regarding theHearing Examiner, that was distributed ahead of the meeting. The Committee suggested that the Boarddelegate additional authority to the Hearing Examiner, to improve service delivery and to avoid delaysrelated to the Boards summer recess. The Committee felt that the Board should establish specificQuantitative and Qualitative measures for the Hearing Examiner. The Committee also inquired about the feeschedule that was presented. Several members were concerned that the figures referenced were 2013numbers. Geoff Willig said that he would confirm if there had been subsequent revisions. At the nextmeeting the Committee would like to consider the County's cycle for fee updates.10.Announcements (None)
